We then build a custom panel using proven tools where panel members can track their surveys, access incentives, and receive new information about your brand. We also incorporate tools like IdeaSpex, an online collaboration and brainstorming tool. You even get access to your own Hotspex client portal to review and organize on going surveys and their results when you want them.
2) Recruitment
Hotspex works with you to build on your own database of customers and can help recruit new members as well. We're experts in building and sustaining panels and can anticipate challenges in participation from different segments. In addition, at the start of every panel, Hotspex conducts a segmentation study to identify key groups within your customer base and ensure you have a balance representation to get the knowledge you are looking for.
3) Ongoing Interaction
As you begin interacting with members of your custom panel via surveys, Hotspex stays at your side as a resource, a guide, and a facilitator. We employ various engagement techniques to make sure members remain engaged and your research valuable. Our dedicated high-level experts are on site to design questionnaires, program surveys, and plan sample sizes and quota groups. We also employ rigorous data cleaning measures to remove unwanted responses that could bias or taint your data, and we evaluate surveys to check for quality and improve results. Finally, our established research team will analyze results and provide you with valuable insight to help you make informed business decisions.
